I know alot of you have told me that I cant take them all around the same time, but how does this sound?
Protein Shake- 1hr 30min before workout
L-Glutamine(10g) - 1hr before workout
Creatine(5g) - 30min before workout
then for post
Protein Shake - asap after workout
L-glutamine(10g) - 30min after that
Creatine(5g) - 30min after the L-glute
Also how would I take them on my Off days? When there would be no pre/post workout shake?
