Hi everyone, i bought the big 10 pounds of Optimum Nutrition and i know it has 4g of glutamine with each serving, i usually take 2 scoops in the morning, 2 scoops after training and 2 scoops usually before bed.
I train in the morning, now i dont know if i would get any benefits of adding a glutamine supplement or i am getting enough with the whey protein i take right now.![]()
