anavar and clomid

I'm about to do a 7 week cycle of 30mg anavar a day. Is it necessary to take clomid after and how should I cycle that in? Anything else I should know about taking anavar, e.g other supplements I should take. I've never done it before and I'm taking primarily to gain strength, not size. Any help is appreciated.

all aas will shut down hpta to some extent, even anavar. clomid should be used at the end of the cycle,, check out the informative thread here for pct posted by pheedno.
