Yes, eat 6 whites and 2 whole.
Depends.
First off we have to decipher/designate "why" one thinks it's bad.
Secondly, it would depend on what you eat the rest of the day as well.
Very key.
Myself, I've eaten 4 whole eggs per day for quite some time during my BB'ing career, with impeccable physicals conducted w/my physician.
U must know what you are doing, but other than that, there are no rigid stipulations, no.

I was saying cholesterol as being bad.
I figured so yes, and it's an issue that is far over-blown, hence my point of no probs w/my egg consumption.Originally Posted by calidude
1/2 of your cholesterol is produced by your body genetically, so dependent on your genetic disposition in this area, that will dicate what you are able to get away with in regards to exogenous cholesterol consumption.
The time/pattern in which you ingest this substance as well (not with an insulin surge of any kind) also plays a role in what effects this food has.

here is my diet
8:00-? eggs, cerial
11:00-turkey and beef sandwich 60 grams of protein
2:00-turkey and beef sandwich 60 grams of protein
5:30-9-12 ounces of meat, pasta, 60 grams of protein
8:30-protein shake 60 grams of protein
11:30-protein shake 60 grams of protein
Basically I shouldn't be eating 6 whole eggs if I am eating red meat 4 other meals a day? For cholesterol and fat?Originally Posted by SwoleCat

Limiting insulin surges w/fats (especially SATURATED FATS) is a key in controlling dietary cholesterol issues. Insulin plays a bigger role in heart disease than cholesterol actually does.

Right on thanks Bro.
with this diet, would eating 6 egg whited plus 2 whole eggs a day be ok?Originally Posted by IronReload04

Less saturated fats the better.
