Yes, it is 4-ad but i would use a 4-ad transdermal. Transdermals are much more effective than oral PH's, unless of course they are methylated. I would not get methylated 4-ad either because it is unneccesary to take two methyls when one can be a transdermal.

sorry but how exactly do transdermals work?u rub it on what part you want to get worked on??

No, you rub it on or spray it on any part of thin skin and then it distributes through out the body.

Well, I've read that you rub it on right after you shower, pores are open. Also you want to rub it on the least fatty/hairy places you have.
