hey guys,
I had a HUGEEEE chest/bicep workout this afternoon, i was on fire, pushing myself above my limits.
Now, 3 hours after, after my post workout shake and my post post workout meal, I really feel bad, my hands are shaking, i feel like i need to puke but that dosent work, my heart rate is above 90 per minutes...
What is happening ? and what can I try/take to help me out ?
I have tryed to sleep but my HR was too high, so I can't...
