powder and capping your own pills

I buy alot of differn't supplements in powder form and cap them... Was wondering if I decided to instead of capping my powders if I mixed it in with water or milk or a protein shake would that make a differnce as if I were to cap it and then swallow the cap?

some taste real nasty, but yeah, if you can easily measure what you need, drop it in a shake..by all means down it
