When on the Keto diet do you lose the most fat during the no carb days or the carb loading days?
In general, you just lose over time as both help the fat loss process.
However, to answer your question in a simplistic manner, it would be during the no carb days of course when you are in ketosis.

Good luck bro......I could never put myself through a keto diet. I need my carbs lol.......
it works but has leanmeout says its **** hard, and you lose so much strenght energy, feel foggy, ketosis is just hell.
