    Carb & protien drinks

    What is a good post workout carb& protien drink? I used to use ABB Mass recovery ( formerly Rapid Recovery) drink but the vitamin shop by my house no longer carries them.

    Just get dextrose at your local whole food store or online at kentnutrition.com. Much cheaper than the other junk.
