I weigh 260+, how do i eat 2-3 grams per lb!

I heard your body can only use around 50grams of protien per meal.

"3. Protein- Just like when you are cutting, you need plenty of protein. For bulking, a good rule of thumb is 2-3g of protein per pound of lean bodyweight. You should take in a good portion of your protein in the source of real meals, avoid intaking too many shakes, as real food comes to a better benefit. The list foods with high protein bioavailability is extensive, and I will only cover a few, (Egg whites, Lean steak, Chicken breast, the list goes on forever….)."

How can I possible get 500 grams of protien daily without eating more than 50 grams per meal? (none-the=less 750!)!!!!!!

The figure "50" is a myth, and it differs GREATLY amongst everyone. No way in blue hell that a 160 lb. geek is going to assimilate as much as a 250 lb. GH monster.

As well, not all employ/believe in 2-3 times protein in bodyweight. Some only utilize 1.5. 3 is excessive for the majority, that's for d*mn sure.
