Well guys, please don't get mad but I need help. I have been all over this site but don't understand alot of these terms. I am 30, weigh about 255 and have a beer gut. I have never needed to diet but metabolism is slowerer than 7 year itch it seems now. I kind of understand the concept of dieting but don't know where to start. I hate fish and have a pretty hectic schedule. Could someone please get me started in layman's terms on how many calories and what kind of foods are acceptable for me to lose this growth I seem to have in my stomach area. I have around 16%body fat.
