dosage question

fellas i was looking at some 1-ad and the dosage said take 1-3 pills 3 times daily with food. but it said do not take more than 3 pills a day. my weight is 187 and height is 5'9 could you fellas help me with the proper dosage to take.

it does not say how much one capsule contains.

AandF6969 was around that wieght two summers ago and last year and we were both on 1AD if I remember correctly. I took 2 or 3 a day, what ever the rec dosage was, and he took at least 4. If youre a heavy lifter and 180-190 then 4 a day should be ok.

actualy.... 1ad is under dosed and only a little bit of it is converted to 1-test to get enoughf take 6 pills ed.
