    B6

    I have a Question.
    I am supposed to take B6 with my cycle. Today the farmacy deliverd B Complex. It has all the b factors in there including B6 100mgs.
    Is it ok to use the B complex and take 2 pills equal to 200mgs, or should I get specifically B6.
