    what are your final four tournament picks?

    i got my bracket filled out and my final four looks like this: (don't laugh)

    duke, oklahoma, maryland, florida. i have duke beating florida in the final game. i really don't care for any of these teams and hope they get axed early

    what are your picks?

    you guys are gonna laugh at these...but i've been doing this for awhile and i always go with my gut feelings

    Duke, Zags, Maryland, and Oregon

    everyone got pissed cuz the Terps lost in the ACC tourney and didn't play the Dukies. here is there chance to get them back! i got Duke BARELY escaping my team, Gonzaga..and i have Maryland blowing out Oregon. so we have the title match of the century. Duke Vs. Maryland. both are great teams. but when it's tourney time, no one can stop Duke...NO ONE

    Duke wins in Overtime lol

    i know these are pretty far fetched. but hey, using your imagination is the best way to get into it...GO ZAGS!!!!!

    Duke vs. Pittsburgh, Miami vs.Gonzaga, Maryland vs. Texas Tech, Kansas vs. Oregon

    Final Four:

    Duke vs. Gonzaga, Maryland vs. Oregon

    Final:

    Duke vs. Maryland (all ACC final), with Maryland pulling the upset.

    Why do you think the Canes will lose? I'm not a HUGE basketball fan, as you can see from my sig-line I follow baseball and football at the U of Miami more closely.

    i actually didn't give this game too much thought when i filled out my bracket, but missouri was ranked in the top ten for a while, then fell victim to the injury bug for most of the year. now all their players are healthy again...

    But Miami has been ranked all year, from a high of # 11 to # 20 right now. They also beat a 3 seed in Indiana, came within 4 points of sweeping U Conn and beat Pittsburgh once, and lost to them in OT in the Big East Semi-Final, 76-71.

    it looks your team and mine might duke it out in the 2nd round. i picked yours to win though. actually i'll be surprised if my hoosiers can make it past the first round for the first time

    Oh well better luck next year I guess. We open the new Ryser Centre on Campus next year and will finally have college basketball on campus and that should help the program a great deal.

    We still won a baseball & football championship in the same year and only one school has done that before, Southern Cal in 1968.

    My final 4 picks are Maryland vs Kansas and Duke vs Cincinnati with Duke playing Kansas in the final. Duke I believe will win. But I'll be rooting the whole time for Ohio State!
