Alright im hearing that a pro/fat meal is better after cardio than carbs. Do I still need to wait 45 minutes after cardio to eat a pro/fat meal, or do you only have to wait if its a pro/carb meal?

P/F or P/C is up to you post cardio. Alot recommend pro/fat, but it all depends on your body type and goals. No matter what you choose, you should wait around 45min before your first meal so you can ride out lypolysis from cardio alittle longer.
