    Question how to tell if an amp has been tampered with?

    is there ant way that u can tell if an amp has been tampered with, for example my friend says that if you lick the top and its rough then at some point a hole may have been drilled and the amp filled with something else, is this true and are there any other ways to check apart from the stickers.
