well after much research i'm gonna see if cutting caffeine out from my life will help me out at all.... I have a couple of fat deposits under the skin which i haven't removed yet... I researched a bit and found that studies show caffiene contributes to this... So I guess for a while I'll have to cut it out and see if it helps... But i'm use to drinking 4 espresso's a day... this is gonna suck, i love my espresso..![]()
what can i use for energy boost? b-12....?
