As for the cycle you have planned, I dont think it's very good. For starters, i'd keep the deca at the same dose throughout. Probably 300mg per week for 10 weeks. Then I'd get another vial of test and run it at 300mg/week for 12 weeks or so. Something along those lines. Many will tell you deca 300mg/week for 10 weeks and test at 500mg/week for 10 or 12 weeks and that will work as well, but being your first you may find lower doses a little better in the ways of recovery, and recovery is where you make or break a cycle -well aside from your diet-. If your recovery is too slow and you loose motivation -which is easy to do- you will probably loose a lot of those gains.
Some others may tell you to just run the test and dbol and save the deca for later, I am more inclined to this as deca is pretty harsh on the hpta and will impede your recovery. If it were me, I'd run test at 300mg/week for 10 or 12 weeks with a dynamite diet and proper training.
The dbol you will want to use in the first weeks, maybe 25mg per day for 4 weeks or so, but you will need more dbol for this. You could try 15mg/day for 2 weeks to get ya started, personally, dbol doest do much for me past 2-3 weeks except make my bp go through the roof. As such I'm not really a fan of the stuff. Of course others will disagree.
Thats my .02$ Look up bask8case (sp) threads on low dose and see if it doesnt change your mind. In the meantime throw up your diet in the diet forum and let those guys help you out, your gains will come more from your diet than the gear. good luck
