Umm...Talk to your advisor. I'm sure they can help and set you up with all the forms.

...Oh... And you might want to figure out which college to go to. That would probably help, as well. Could I suggest one???

you can fill out the application online.. but i would check around to make sure that your hours are going to transfer where ever you go to...I lost almost 30 hours cause of transfering

i am transferring from UCF to USF in august. i graduate this year and am gonna seek another batchelors at USF. odnt gotta worry about my credits but you should definately check up on that. good luck bro.
