I was just wondering if anyone here has tried those inversion tables.
I was wondering if it really made your back feel better and help with your flexibility. My girlfriend's back is too curved and it causes her a lot of problems. Plus her posture really f'n bothers me! Her and I are so different. She keeps getting fat and thinks a pilates video once a month we'll keep her in shape...... But anyway I watched a infomercial on them this morning and a good buddy of mine got one for his dad and he said it worked great......
