    injection frequently

How long should i wait to go back an injection site? I need to inject EOD, so i would like to do most of the injecting if not all of it in the glutes, but if 3 days is too soon to go back to an injection site i might go with shoulders or quads for the 2 injects between when i do glutes. Which would be easier and least painful delts or quads?

I think it best to try and give each injection site at least a week of rest just so that your chances of scar tissue build up would be a lot less.

Same here...delts are gravy, calf injects suck....and I'd try to use each site 1/wk...Friend of mine did a prop cycle (ED injects)...quads only.. ..it's been 2 months and he swears he can feel the scar tissue...

1 week at least. sometimes u have bad injects where u just hit a bad spot. these require more healing time. my delts heal very fast, but if i shoot into them too soon, i pull blood from the pin during aspiration. list your rotation sides... i have around 10 that i use, and 14 if i need to. (chest, calves)

I have to inject eod, and im planning on going top right glute, top left glute, right middle deltoid, left middle deltoid then repeat. I think i injected to quickly my first time injecting, it took about 20 seconds from start to finish of actually injecting the gear. Should be more around 40 seconds right? Im loving the prop(aside of the discomfort) day after first injection i got the best pump i've ever had in the gym and it stayed with me for most of the day.

Same here, that is eight different spots, so even if you are going ED you won't have either spot more than once a week.

im doing EOD injections, 100 mg of prop/phenylprop and 100 mg of 1-test cyp. It ends up being .5 cc prop/phenylprop and .5 cc 1-test cyp. Making the total weekly dose 350 mg test and 350 mg 1-test cyp.

    I got a different rotation as well ...R glute, L glute, R quad, L quad, R bis, L bis, R lats, L lats.
To answer nsa:s question, the place I found least painful when I'm shooting prop is lats! Delts and quads are more painful IMO. But I do 'em there to
To answer Bigun, I use testopin and I find it ok to shoot, it's not painless but they are close. Sure it hurts a bit but not nearly as much as other brands....never tried Virormone though...

Just use common sense. If the spot is still sore shoot in a different spot. I know thats easy to say if you shoot 1-2 time a week. But if you use alot of different spots it should still seem like once a week. Just my thoughts.

Quads are cake if by yourself, delts I usually have help with, a bit tricky to aspirate without moving the needle around too much.

Delts are painfree for me,but you have to be able to aspirate with one hand, quads sting a little, not real bad, but you can use both hands if you need to...

I really can't get a clear answer. Hlaf of the replies are for delts and the other half are for quads. We'll see what i decide to do, probably delts but thats just because its prop and i will be injecting the day before leg day...
