I have been reading this board for some time now and FINALLY registered. I am very happy to be here.
Me: 38 5'10" 175lbs 33"w 15.25" bi's 49"delts 42.5" chest and 23.5" wheels.
Lifting Seriously: 16months and I'm addicted
Suppliment history: Whey protien, Nox-2, Prohormones. Diet is high in protien, mod carbs and mod fats. Eating at least 5 meals per day...2 of which are protien shakes...
Now that prohormones are going to be gone...guess I'll move to the next level ...![]()
I have a lot of questions...just advise me the best route to ask, and hopefully I'll meet some cool people.
