lots of blood

alright everyone ,just wondering why this may have occurred.Ive just hit my delt in the usual way aspirating and making sure the syringe is clear but when i withdrew the pin my shoulder bled like f*@k.this has happened a couple of times in my glute but not this heavy.Could i have passed through a vein,wasnt any sorer than usual although it is one of my usual sites so could scar tissue be an issue..any suggestions

thanks guys ,no panic really just a lot more blood than usual pissed i had to mop half of it off the bathroom floor!!

Next time, lick the floor. There is a lot of good gear in that blood!!! JK, you'll be fine. Happens all the time
