novldex , when to take it am. - p.m. doest it matter

hey guys deos it matter when I take my nolvedex, I know it doesnt matter with arimadex, If im taking 50mg a day should I take early or split it up. Im taking it for my show

1 Tab a day should do it. Depending on what your Mg are per tab. I think they normally come in 20mg. All mostly is needed is one tab per day.

it's proven estrogen levels peak at night while your sleeping....i don't know the 1/2 life of nolvadex...but it seems that taking it night might help since that is when the highest concentration of estro is....just my 2 cc's

I take 25mg proviron & 20mg nolva twice a day, morning and night. If I dont have arimidex!! I take the proviron anyway, 25mg/day if I do have arimidex!!
