Not so much a newbie to lifting, but a newbie to the board. Been reading on it for a while now. Got sick of some of the other boards I am part of so I thought I'd broaden my horizions a little.
A little background info. I am just about to turn 26. Been lifting since I was sixteen, and just got serious about three years ago (who knew diet would be so important?). I am currently 6'1, about 225, and in the last few weeks of cutting stage before I hit another mass/strength phase.
I've learned a ton in the last three years and hope to share the knowledge I have learned as well as learn as much as I can from you guys while I'm aboard.
