Meal 2-Postwork -gatorade,44gram protein shake,banana
Meal 3- 1cup Cottage Cheese,1cup Oatmeal,5eggwhites
Meal 4- 6-8oz Steak,1Potatoe
Meal 5- 2cans tuna,4whole wheat bread
Meal 6- 1cup milk,2Scoop Protein
looks about 200carbs? decent i dont wanna blow up with fat
i think protein looks low? il probably trow more protein during the day as snacks
