I been on this CKD diet for about 2 weeks using ala at 3grams a day, spaced evenly throughout the day. It gives me serious heart burn but holy molly! :-) Im starting to look shredded, and when I started my carb day yesterday I looked pumped and huge when at the gym. I dont know what this stuff does, but its supposed to shuttle carbs or something into your muscles. whatever scientific reason exists I can sure vouch for this supplement. No really strength gains or anything, but just overall looking good which is what I like! My love handles are bye bye. no more!
