test e shoulder pain solution

i give my self a shot in tha shoulder of some test E yesterday, hurts insanely, like cant lift my arm or tha pain comes and definately cant do a sohulder work out, where i gave my self tha shot tha muscle is real hard, any suggestions? heat pad? icy hot? ice? or jus bear tha pain for a few more days

anti-inflammatories have helped me in the past. Other than that, you'll get over it.

Do some heat Hoss that should spread the oil out - will relieve the pain also some NSAIDS for the pain / swelling

alright thanks, i was jus kinda worried from tha amount of pain and tha spot where i injected being real hard, never had a problem when i gave my self shots in tha a$$, thanks tho
