    Can someone compress a pic size for me?

    I want to put it up as my avatar but i cant get it small enough.

    go into like paint of something and make it smaller that way..

    i have tried but i cant do it. my ****ty photo editing software has locked all the editing tools unless i go online and pay some £'ss to keep the advanced options
