I am in the middle of a battle with a cold right now. I was wondering how everyone keeps up their protein intake without wanting to eat or even look at food. Should i just take a week off from eating heavily or try to choke it down? I have been lifting in the afternoons when i feel up for it, but not at the intensity that I would like to.
