What is the purpose of having 2 thread topics of "workout questions & lifting techniques" ? Many times they are mixed/intertwined. Why not just make one new thread to cover both. Just a thought..

i always thought that was kinda weird 2
Maybe they intended the lifting techniques to be focused on power lifting movements????
That and this forum is more-so for overall routines (comprehensive approaches) where as the other forum is more specific.
