the flu... I've a friend who's been sick 5 days now, with hardly any food. I recommended at least 1 week recovery from the gym, then a few days light training. Nothing stressfull for at least 10 days after?.

i saw play it by year. depends on how u feel. but make sure u can eat a full days worth of food before u train
I say listen to your body, but taking a week off is excellent advice.
