question,
how often do you guys change up your routines? and how much do they differ between when you're on vs. when you're off?
i know there are alot of variable here, such as cutting vs. bulking, but im just looking for general info, and some variations.
i change my workout up about every 4 weeks........heavy to light, and set and rep schemes as well. when im on, whether its cutting or bulking(mostly bulking......) its high reps and moderate weight, as i try to recruit as many muscle fibers as possible. your thoughts on this?
