Sup guys..
I got a problem with my fu*king diet!
Ive been eating good, quility foods, carbs separated from fats, same times of a day, working out, etc.
Intake was 420 - 435 pro ED
440-500 carbs ED
85-95 fat ED
I know its a bulking diet and yes i am gaining weight with some fat in there but man when I try to put some of my t-shirts now so what that i have bigger arms, wider back , some more definition is some parts of my body if I have a BITCH TITS ... FAT BITCH TITS. They are not HUGE but I can clearly see them.... It wasnt like that b4 I know that. I dont know what the fu*k to do now.... Too much fat ? too much carbs ? not enough cardio perhaps... I dont know what the hell should I do...quit **** bulking and start cutting.. cuz like they say (girls) look is more important than strenght. Please say something gimme some advice or I dont know. Im pretty sad over here..confused dont know what the hell to do.... I cannot even wear my fav t-shirts no more...cuz of my tits !!! and forget about seeing any ABS muscle at all...
If u can help or say somehting smart Thanks a lot ..If u think its funny well dont write anything cuz its not funny at all for me...
