I do, I eat whole wheat pasta & whole wheat bread, whole grain rice and potatos, i dont know what body type you are but i dont gain easily so these foods are fine for me
try having oatmeal with just a lean meat i usually have 2 cans of tuna with a cup and half of oatmeal..just throw on the splenda and eat it...chug a big glass of water before eating the oatmeal and i guarentee you will be full and not get any cravings for the next couple of hours
