Off all the good things this board has shown me one thing stands above all else. Its the respect shown to each and every member here, no matter their race, sexuality or if their a 'member', Vet or Moderator. No matter what silly little things we've suggested for pictures of ourselves we've posted every single example shows the respect to which we treat each other here.
I've cut & pasted the following words from a member (big4life) over on elitefitness. He printed these words in response to another round a bullying a female member there was getting. She's a member here now thankfully. If ever you were thinking of bully anyone here or on another board please remember 'Big4lifes' words. They are probably the best words I've read on elitefitness, and taken in the context of what goes on there their author and his words rise above all else on ef.com.

Why?
Why do some people have to use this board to argue and fight?
I know that some of you will say that it is just words written by a stranger, so it shouldn't matter.
Well guess what?
The written word is one of the most powerful weapons that we posess as humans. You can do many things with it.
You can destroy a government with it
Or you can build one.
You can tear people down and break their will.
Or you can offer encouragement and a helping hand.
The written word can bring forth all the emotions of the human spirit, both good and bad.
I just think it is easier to say something nice as opposed to something mean and cruel.
I'm not defending anyone or accusing anyone. I just think that people need to realize the weight of their words before they type them.
