I know most of us have used clen before sometime, I was workingout earlier and i was stretching then after that done a set of leg ext. then a set of squats then went back to leg ext. and jesus christ the WORST cramp in my calf ever!!it grabed and stayed locked on for least 5 straight mins.!!! I took 1 pill before workout, man is there any way to try to avoid this? oh yeah my eye was twitching also if that tells anything??? thanks bros !
