im not gonna do a bulker this winter since my shoulder still isnt 100%. i think its better to stay natural until spring time and then run a cutting cycle to shred up and gain a little lean mass. im still decent size even tho i lost about 15lbs after my injury. So do u guys think this is a good plan? And what would be the best thing to run? I think i would be pretty cut if i dropped 20lbs.
