    Fat burning supplements

I've been taking Pyruvate 1000, 7 keto, CLA, L-Carinitine Liquid for fat burning aids. Which of these are the most nessesary. Wanted to try to cut down on the amount of supplements i buy.

I'd keep the CLA and the L-Carnitine.

pyruviate doesnt work for fAt burning 7 keto does to some extent but it takes out all the underlying water trapped in the skin mainly and reduces cortisol if its not a dermal 7 oxo then drop that as well because you need to many mg if taken orally.

i read that pyruvate does aid fat reduction. So 7 ket is a diurectic to some extent? I doubt more coritsol levels are off because i maintain about 7% range bf even if i binge for a week on my diet cheating. So pretty much your saying don't bother wasting my money with both? I have been taking them for about a month and not really sure if they work.

if your not cheating at all prior to the holidays, dont think thats not going to be to big of a problem. But nonetheless, i like cla and l-carnitine.
Maybe try bumping cardio up a bit during this time????

In all the studies ive seen pyruvate has been shown to only aid in paitents with very high bodyfat and it only does very little in terms of actually keeping fat from being absorbed by the body. It probably works but im sure its not doing a whole lot for bb purposes. The 7 keto does work but does the price justify the end result?
