hey guys i need some help im 5'8 about 230 and i have about 28% bodyfat on me now i been through cycles in the past and i did loose the weight but now i gained alot back from being lazy but now im been at the gym for awhile already and lost about 40 lbs. i want to try gh and i would like to know if it will work for me to burn my fat off and gain muscle plus what kind of diet should i be on when i go on gh plus im doing 4 days of weights and 5 days of cardio about 30 to 45 mins so i would like to know what to do or i should do a cycle let me know thanks cheech
