hey im a newbie here here is some of my backround information
im 19 5'10 150lbs ive been working out on and off for about 3 years
i have barely worked out the past few months and my strength has signifcantly deteriorated... i plan on working out very hard the next few months. i have NOX2 and creatine glutamine supplements that im going to start taking this week. my max bench was 200lbs for 5 reps. i have a very skinny build and find it very hard to put on weight. i recently had a blood test and found my chloresterol(bad spelling lol) was very low less than 10% what it should be. chloresterol is responsible for the production of testosterone and all other hormones so i think my natural body might be in a catobolic state.
