yep time on = time off. or i go longer off.
I always go longer.Originally Posted by GrimmReaper

Time Off +++..
time on = time off at least.. if not more
depends on the cycle, but usually time on = time off.
Nahhhhh....I go through pct and then I go back on right after or when i feel like it...BUT...I would always suggest time on = time off
go get your blood test levels checked if they are back to normal get back on.
my time off is longer until i get all my levels back to normal and i lift natural for a while...
This is the optimal way to do things.Originally Posted by ChefJ
Get bloodwork, and when your bloodwork is within acceptable ranges, you can go back on, if you wish.
time off by at least 3x time on
and get your test levles checked, should go with anyone that has cycled before
what! so if i do a 4 month cycle 16 weeks i need to wait a year to cycle. I think not.Originally Posted by smegs
i at least wait for time on-time off. but getting blood tests is the best way to go.
This is not neccessary. If I'm on a long cycle (which most are) then I'll use HCG halfway through and take 1/2time off with an excellent PCT.Originally Posted by smegs
F-that! I cycle for about 16-20wks at a time and take off a little longer than time on. As long as your blood work is in check, your good to go
time on = time off, is pretty much the gospel. Unless you can afford anavar I have read a few posts from guys on here who will run it for ever practically as long as the liver functions are in check.
Time on=time off at a minimum...but blood test results can extend it longer if Im not happy that all is back to normal long enough.
yeah i go time on = time off all the time, but my next one may posibly be a bit earlier due to the fact that im going on vacation and dont wanna carry that **** on a cruise with me, but i definately will take a blood test to see if everything is in check.
I go with time on = time off...The best way is to have your blood checked...if not go with time on = time off...
three months off for any cycle length.
time on= time off, I use it too.
thx all
i actually do more time off just to be on the safe side..
Keeping your body at it's normal hormone levels a majority of the time is just common sense. I can honestly only see myself doing a max of one cycle per year. But then again I'm not a professional body builder, or a body builder at all.
