It is there for a reason.

Those who are flooding my inbox with "I know you are busy, but can you take a look at this and tell me what I am doing wrong, what I should do, lay it out for me, do so quickly, get it back to me asap, and do all of the work for me, you can't be that busy, I ignored your autosig, yada yada yada.................", should know that I simply delete these requests, give no confirmation of having read the p.m., and I move on about my day.

For GENERAL critique, you will want to post your approach HERE. That is what this forum is for. I will get to your post and assist you, when/if I have the free time to do so. For customized help and my undivided attention, you know where/how to reach me.

I applogize for PMing you. You are right. I like may others did not read your auto-signature. I simply wanted you to take a look at the diet that I had posted on here and give your opinion on it.
