No i don't run a 4.2!!! Yet i'm hoping i can after this cycle. The fastest I've evr run was a 4.37. 4.2 is a wish and a HOPE. but i'm gonna hit the squats and power cleans hard on this strenght cycle. This cycle sound good
4.37 is still very fast.....hope you get it down to 4.2. Good luck this year in football. If you can say.....what school are you playing for?

ben was willing to go through the pain. his workload capacity and his workouts were absolutely insane.
oh yea, do alot of plyo if you arent already, that trains your fast twitch. power cleans, hang cleans, squats, glute ham machine, reverse hyper machine. get all those in man.
Like testtubebaby said, Plyometrics.... Have you tried the BFS (bigger, faster, stronger) program.... It kicks my ass!
BFS is amazing. I did it in high school. The dot drills are a bitch. haha
