is it fine to run it by itself at say 10mg (2 tabs) ed for 4 weeks?
has anyone run it by itself?

i was going to get some 4ad powder from AR-R. its 10g for 10$ what sort of dose do you take the 4ad powder at while running m1t?
what sort of gains are generally reported with this?
no nolva is needed as it doesnt aromatise right?
what are your experiences with m1t tabs?

search for the "m1t faq" u can run it by itself without the 4-ad and always add the 4ad later if you feel run down. u do need PCT and the things to protect BP and liver and such.

yeah no worries. i ordered some 4ad from AR-R with my m1t. ill take some milk thistle aswel.
i was just curious mainly about the gains you can expect in 4 weeks if your diet and training are sorted?

5-15 lbs, your body will decide with proper pct whats yours to keep.
