    Whats up guys

    Hey Hey been browsin for a while and figured its time to join in.

    6'-2"
    215 "today"
    around 16% i think.

    By the way how would i calculate the body fat percentage?

    Welcome to the boards bro ... you can get urself one of those measuring devices that measure body fat %, but they arent 100% accurate
