    Critique my diet please

    Breakfast:
    Myoplex Shake Protein: 43g Calories: 300 Fat:7g
    2 Banannas
    Lunch:
    Turkey Sandwhich Protein: 24g Calories: 680 Fat:8g
    2 Apples
    Afternoon After Workout:
    Myoplex Shake Protein: 43g Calories: 300 Fat:7g
    Can of Tuna Protein:65g Calories: 300 Fat:5g
    Dinner: 4 Chicken Breasts/Tuna/Red Meat Protein: 60g Calories: 1200 Fat: 20-40
    Potatoe
    Green beans/corn/french fries
    Before bed:
    Can of Tuna Protein: 65g Calories: 300 Fat:5g

    Total:
    Protein:300g
    Calories:3080
    Fat:52-72g

    I weigh 194 and am 5'10 not sure about my body fat ri now, is this a good diet for gaining good lean muscle with low fat?

    i only put in my main protein and what not, i didnt put in veg's or fruits or starches (side dishes) b/c im not sure on carbs or w/e and it changes every day

    whoops also forgot, add 1500 calories to that, i didnt add in some of tha calories

    Also...65 grams of protein in tuna...that is a big can bro. I am looking at my emergency can of tuna in my desk drawer right now...120 grams (one can) of tuna is about 30 grams of protein. That is a lot of tuna for one day IMO. But maybe someone with more expertise would comment further on that...

    12 oz can of tuna = 65 grams of protein

    but i edited tha first post on my diet
