    Low Impact Cardio

I'm about 250 and have ran for my cardio for the past 15 years. I was just wondering if anyone had suggestions on a cardio that's as intense without the stress on my joints. I know stairs and bikes but anything else? Something I can do at home maybe?

Ron have you tried an eliptical machine? I think TNT can tell you which brands are the best, as he has used quite a few of the products and has a preference.

I find that they give me a better cardio workout and they are definately easier on the knees and hips.

Canes, I'll have to admit that is one thing I haven't tried. That might be worth looking into. Im starting a bulking cycle this week and I didn't wanna gain a lot of bf.

I work out at home but I happen to have a row machine. Got a lot of dust on it but I have one. Maybe I'll have to pull it out and give it another try. I remember it being a lot of upper body.

Ron your heart doesn't know if its legs or rowing, all it'll know is its cardio and your heart will thank you for it.
