I'm about 250 and have ran for my cardio for the past 15 years. I was just wondering if anyone had suggestions on a cardio that's as intense without the stress on my joints. I know stairs and bikes but anything else? Something I can do at home maybe?

I'll have to try than on my wife. "Honey I need the exercise"
but I have one. Maybe I'll have to pull it out and give it another try. I remember it being a lot of upper body.
