in the past months i have been very lethargic in every thing i do: school, work, gym, running even my "game" has grown tiresomeanyways i have read plenty of posts/threads that b-12 boosts energy levels, and i want to try it but am not sure how to do it, so here is a couple of ?'s
im 18 5'9 185 full time student/worker and work out e/d.
1. should i take the orals or injectibles? and are the injectibles intramuscular or can you get away with using .5 inch needles?
2. what dosage should i take and how often?
3. where can i get this stuff cheapest? ( no scammers please)
4. where do i take the stuff? butt, arm, leg, ass sphyncter (sp?) ?
5. when taking this can i look forward to anything else ie: bigger penis? jk no but seriously will it benefit me in any other way?
