How many different supplements do you take?

I seem to have a reputation as an amateur chemist around my house.

Injectable anything is more effective as your stomach doesn't destory most of it.(generally speaking) I like b12 for following seems to help engery levels a bit, and seems to help with red count which in turn gives better vascularity which i need right now on contest diet. I don't normally use it. Also in Canada it's over the counter, in US you will probably have to go to vet supply store for it.

    2 multi-vitamins
    2 shark cartlidge(for joint pain)
    1 niacin
